Here's How We Do It

  • Remove any patio furniture or items around the house

  • Cover any electrical outlets

  • Pressure wash exterior, includes all areas to be painted. Brick, stone, and/or stucco

  • Repair or replace any rotten wood

  • Mask off, cover and protect all areas to be painted. Includes windows, light fictures, landscaping, patios, and sidewalks.

  • Prep Work-Scrape, caulk, putty, spackle, and spot prine as needed.

  • Paint exterior

  • Paint accessories- Roof Jack, lintles, flashing

  • Seal exterior penetrations

  • Clean up

  • Supervisor final walkthrough
